What it doesn’t do yet

No memberships, class packs, or recurring enrollment — each class is booked one at a time, and Kalendaryo doesn’t bill tuition or track ranks. Capacity is set per class, not per individual session. Deposits and card-on-file are Coming soon.

Your dedicated number and text channel are set up by us after purchase — usually one to three weeks, sometimes longer, while carriers approve it. Everything else works the moment you sign in. To register your number, US carriers require your business's EIN and legal name. Sole proprietors without an EIN can still get a number, with lower message limits — we'll walk you through it.

Questions martial arts schools ask.

How do I set fixed class times?
Give the instructor a schedule that exactly covers the class and limit them to that class. The booking page then offers exactly that start time.
Can a student sign up for every Tuesday?
Not automatically. Recurring enrollment and memberships aren’t supported — each class time is booked on its own, by the student or by you from the dashboard.
Can I change the capacity of one session?
No. Capacity belongs to the class as a whole. To run a bigger or smaller session, set it up as its own class.
Which business type do I pick when I sign up?
Choose “Martial arts studio”. It uses instructor and class wording in your dashboard and gives the setup assistant (Pro and AI Front Desk) martial-arts examples. It doesn’t change how booking works.
Do customers need an account or app?
No. Customers book from your booking page — or by text on AI Front Desk — without downloading anything or creating a password. They get an email confirmation with links to reschedule or cancel. An account is optional: customers who make one can see all their bookings in one place and choose how they are notified. Text reminders (AI Front Desk) need an account with texting switched on; guest bookings — including bookings made by text — are confirmed by email.
Which features use email versus text?
Free and Pro use email only: confirmations, reminders, and the links to reschedule or cancel. AI Front Desk adds a dedicated text number — customers can book by text, and text confirmations and reminders go to customers with an account who have opted in to texts. Guest bookings, including bookings made by text, are confirmed by email. Cancellation offers, win-back messages, and your weekly report always go by email.
Can I use my current phone number?
Not for texting. Kalendaryo doesn’t connect to, forward from, or take over the number you have today, and that line keeps working exactly as it does now. AI Front Desk gives you a new, dedicated text number, which we set up after purchase and register with US carriers — usually one to three weeks, sometimes longer. Free and Pro have no phone number: customers book on your booking page.
