Your dedicated number and text channel are set up by us after purchase — usually one to three weeks, sometimes longer, while carriers approve it. Everything else works the moment you sign in. To register your number, US carriers require your business's EIN and legal name. Sole proprietors without an EIN can still get a number, with lower message limits — we'll walk you through it.

Questions massage therapists ask.

Can clients choose their therapist?
Yes. They pick a therapist or “Whoever’s free”. Each therapist only appears for the services you have assigned to them, at the hours they work.
Does it schedule treatment rooms?
No. Kalendaryo schedules each therapist, not rooms. If you have fewer rooms than therapists working at once, it will not stop two bookings that need the same room.
Does it collect intake or health-history forms?
No. Collect those the way you do today. Kalendaryo handles the booking, confirmations, and reminders.
Do customers need an account or app?
No. Customers book from your booking page — or by text on AI Front Desk — without downloading anything or creating a password. They get an email confirmation with links to reschedule or cancel. An account is optional: customers who make one can see all their bookings in one place and choose how they are notified. Text reminders (AI Front Desk) need an account with texting switched on; guest bookings — including bookings made by text — are confirmed by email.
Which features use email versus text?
Free and Pro use email only: confirmations, reminders, and the links to reschedule or cancel. AI Front Desk adds a dedicated text number — customers can book by text, and text confirmations and reminders go to customers with an account who have opted in to texts. Guest bookings, including bookings made by text, are confirmed by email. Cancellation offers, win-back messages, and your weekly report always go by email.
Can I use my current phone number?
Not for texting. Kalendaryo doesn’t connect to, forward from, or take over the number you have today, and that line keeps working exactly as it does now. AI Front Desk gives you a new, dedicated text number, which we set up after purchase and register with US carriers — usually one to three weeks, sometimes longer. Free and Pro have no phone number: customers book on your booking page.
Does Kalendaryo answer phone calls?
No. Kalendaryo doesn’t answer calls or hold voice conversations. The AI books on your website (Pro) and by text (AI Front Desk).
